- Learn from the Head Sprints/Hurdles Coach Omar Lane on the proper mechanics to help take your sprinting to the next level
- Each athlete will learn the proper way to warm up before their sprint races
- Each athlete will go through various drills to help with acceleration development, proper running mechanics, transition in each of the different sprint races
